Dawn Cerrato is the President of Synergy Management Associates and creator of the Managing and Directing Your Career Program.

Her entrepreneurial talents are many and diverse, and she has focused these talents on developing strong client relationships, working with small to mid-sized businesses to enhance their success and strength, improve performance and supply various facets of HR expertise from maximizing organizational effectiveness, to training and development to hiring the best and the brightest.

In addition, her expertise in helping individuals assess and analyze their skills, knowledge and abilities, along with their career desires and then develop the plan and the tools to achieve those goals is another passion area for Dawn.

Previously, Dawn held Director positions in Communications, Member Relations and HR and has worked for and with companies such as Macy's, Liberty Mutual, Oxford Health Plans, Mass Mutual, The Women's Feminist Health Center and CCA Global Partners. Her strengths are in the areas of talent management, organizational development, business improvement, corporate and business communications, recruitment, employee relations, development and retention.

Dawn has a wealth of experience in helping entrepreneurs reach their full potential. Her entrepreneurial spirit, passion, drive and tenacity, along with her intuitive nature, provide her with the ability to effectively apply best practices for immediate performance improvement.
